Who This Program Is For
This program is for people who have never followed a structured fitness routine, who feel uncertain about where to begin, or who want to learn basic movement patterns before progressing to anything more demanding. No prior experience is expected or required. If you have been thinking about starting exercise but have not known how, this is the right place to begin.
What You Can Expect
Sessions are short, clearly structured, and designed to feel achievable from the very first day. The first week focuses entirely on learning basic movement patterns — how to stand, hinge, squat, and move with control. Weeks two through four gradually introduce simple strength exercises and light mobility work. You will never be asked to do something you have not been shown. The goal is to finish each session feeling capable, not exhausted.

Beginner Modifications
Reduce repetitions
If a movement calls for ten repetitions and that feels like too many, do five. Completing a shorter version of the session is always better than skipping it.
Use a chair for support
Any standing exercise can be performed next to a chair for balance support. Hold the back of the chair lightly if needed.
Slow down the pace
Moving more slowly through an exercise is not easier — it is often more effective. Take your time with each movement.
Rest between exercises
There is no requirement to move continuously. Rest as long as you need between exercises, especially in the first week.
Frequently Asked Questions
No experience is needed. This program is built specifically for people who are starting from the very beginning. Every movement is introduced clearly, and nothing is assumed.
That is intentional. The first week is designed to feel manageable so you can build the habit of showing up. Difficulty increases gradually in later weeks.
Simply continue from where you left off. Missing one session does not reset your progress. Consistency over several weeks matters far more than perfection in any single week.
Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pain, or mobility limitation. This program provides general fitness guidance only.
The program is structured over four weeks with three sessions per week. You can repeat it as many times as you find it useful.
